What is a group ticketing portal?
A booking system where a travel agency publishes airline group seats — a fixed number of seats on set flights at a set price — and its sub-agents book passengers into them directly, with availability updated in real time.
Can a group be oversold?
No. Every booking checks and reserves seats atomically inside the database, so two agents booking the last seats at the same moment cannot both succeed. Cancelling a booking returns its seats automatically.
Can agents change the price?
No. The price is set on the group by an admin. Agents can create bookings and see their own ledger, but cannot set a price or approve a booking — this is enforced on the server, not only in the interface.
Can it carry my agency’s brand?
Yes. Name, logo, colours, contact details, SEO and feature toggles all live in one configuration file, so the portal launches under your brand with no code changes.
